Ice Skating

Ice Skating - Time for a new challenge at Gruffies and Guests. This month we are looking for Blue and Silver creations using a House Mouse, Hopper or Gruffie image.

I used this adore ice skating image, which I colored with Copics. I added a bit of Tumbles Glass and Squeezed Lemonade distress ink on the edges.

I added this sparkly silver ribbon and bow, with a button

I cut my trees using some mirror paper.

Out to the Ball Game

Out to the Ball Game - It is time for a new challenge at Gruffies and Guests.  Our challenge is anything goes with the optional of masculine!

I used this adorable Hopper image and colored him with Copics. I airbrushed a faint blue background. You can't really see it, but it does seem to bring the image to the foreground a little more.

My papers are Fancy Pants Designs, Little Sport, inked with Old Paper distress ink.

A little ribbon and 3 buttons finish off this masculine card.

Good Ol' Lazy Days of Summer

Good Ol' Lazy Days of Summer - I am thrilled to announce that I am now on the DT of Gruffies and Guests and this is my first DT card for them. I can't believe that I now have a good excuse to color all of those fun images that have been in my stash for a while uninked. Uninked? What a tragedy!

The Scribble & Scrap Shop

This challenge is
Sponsored by Scribble & Scrap. Prize: £15 voucher

Here is one of the House Mouse images all colored up with Copics. I added some fine lines of glitter to the petals. It camera doesn't show it well, but it is very pretty in real life. I cut the image with a SB die.

Doesn't our mousy friend look like he is having a grand time with the petals?

My DP is Cool Summer by Carta Bella. The sentiment block was in the paper pad.

My DP is Carta Bella's, Cool Summer. I finished off the card with 3 gemstones of different sizes.

Now that you have seen my SUMMERY card, come and join our summer challenge at Gruffies & Guests.

Autumn Leaves

Autumn Leaves - Who doesn't wish that they could fly through the air on a leave like these sweet little House Mouse critters?

This is my card for the Crafts 4 Eternity leaves challenge.

I colored the sweet image with Copics. The image is so large that there really wasn't much room left. LOL

I used some Bakers twine on the edge. My DP that is mostly covered by those sweet mice is K and Company.

For the sentiment, I pulled out several distress inks and had fun blending them before I ran them through the Cuttle bug using a Tim Holt tattered banner die. The sentiment is Studio G.
