Blue Bling

Blue Bling - This is my last time to GDT for ABC-Challenge. I have really enjoyed it and want to thank Nikki and the rest of the team for having me.

This challenge is B for..... Bling, Blue and Bow and is sponsored by Stamp Fairy.

My DP's are Bo Bunny's Powder Mountain Collection. Which I inked with Pumice Stone distress ink.

My image is Stamp Fairy's Santa's World 4, 1. I colored the image with Copic's and added some irredensant chuncky glitter for the snow and Stickles for Santa's fur.

My snowflake punch is MS.

To give it even more bling, I added some square, blue gemstones and a couple of gemstone swirls.

My bow was tied using my Bow Easy and I topped it with a pearl snowflake.

Night Song

Night Song - I have a card that I have made for my Creative Card Crew team. Our challenge this fortnight is Teddy Bear Picnic. You just need a Teddy Bear, they don't have to be on a picnic. LOL

My DP is Bo Bunny's Powder Mountain Collection. I LOVE the colors in this pad. I inked with Stormy Sky distress ink.

We are sponsored by Stamp Fairy and I used their image, Lenny Christmas Scene 4. Aren't they adorable?

This is the only image that I did while I was in Alaska, visiting my son. I took my Copic's in my hand carried baggage and I was quite upset, when my first plane turned out to be a small puddle hopper and they made me check my markers. The overhead bins were much smaller than on most flights. My markers were fine when I arrived in Chicago, where I caught my much larger flight into Anchorage, where I was once again hand carrying my precious markers.

All that and I still only colored one image. LOL

My sentiment is SU. I hand cut the banner. My trees are a new buy for me. The are Impression Obsessions. I added some fine glitter for "snow or maybe ice" on the trees.

I added some snow mica flakes for the snow and ice under the bear's feet.

My border is SB and I added some tiny grey pearls to the border.

Here you can see the cut in the border and I placed a darker grey on the inside of the card to peek out from the design in the border.

1st

1st - My sweet little grandson turned 1. Yea!!!! For my Creative Card Crew DT project, I made this page for him. Our challenge to you is to use banners/pennants in your project. Not only did I add a pennant rope, the cake also had a pennant rope!

Our challenge is sponsored by Stamp Fairy and this is one of their adorable images. I colored Barry Numbers 1 with Copics. Isn't he adorable? Stamp Fairy has such cute Teddy bears.

My DP is Paper Studio Seasonal pad. I used a MS punch for the top border. Baker's twine and frosted pearls finish off the page.

Clouds

Clouds - It is time for another challenge at Creative Card Crew! I love this challenge; which is clouds! How fun is that. I enjoy putting clouds behind my images, but they seem a little to bright for me. After I finished this image, I found a couple of great tutorials on them and I will be trying those techniques next. If you like to add clouds to your images, then this is the challenge for you! We are a fortnightly challenge, so you have lots of time to get your projects in!

My designer paper is K and Company's Meadow. I used a sheet of netting(?) under the image, as well as a punched (MS) border.

My image Stamp Fairy's (our sponsor) Molly Fairy 4.  I was really drawn to this image.

I colored Molly with Copics and added Stickles to her wand, wings and bow.

I cut some clouds with my Cricut using the Zoo Balloon cartridge.

The light purple flowers are stems that I trimmed.

I used a Melissa Frances lace ribbon and one of the stick pins that I received in a stick pin swap.

For my wand, I used a CM star punch on a sheet of sugar paper and rolled some lavendar cardstock. I outlined the star with lavender Stickles.

The bow was tied with a Bow Easy and topped with a Petaloo flower.

Rope Swing

Rope Swing - This is my DT project for Crafts 4 Eternity and Alphabet Challenge Blog. The challenge at Crafts 4 Eternity is Teddy Bear Picnic. The challenge at Alphabet Challenge Blog is A = Anything with Wings.

My DP are K and Company Nature. I love the papers in this pad.

I could not resist using this sweet little fairy bear from Stamp Fairy. Isn't she the cutest?

I colored her with Copics and added Stickles to her wings, bow and bodice. I thought it would be fun to extend the ropes on her swing a little further out with twine, that I hung from a "tree branch." The branch is a Quick Kut die that I inked.

The wings on the fairy are small and hard to see, so I added another winged thing with a butterfly. The butterfly is a MS butterfly. The 3 pearls were made with a Kiwi pearl pen.

My flowers are recollections and a stem that I cut the flower from. I really like using colored wire that is spiraled around a paintbrush.

It has been a while since I have used dewdrops, but I rediscovered them for this project.

Cheers - Happy, happy New Year!!! Todays challenge at One Stop Craft Challenge is.....New Beginnings. My new beginning is the new year.

My designer paper is from ATD, All through the year.

We are sponsored by Stamp Fairy and I used their Lenny 5. I love his champagne and sweet little tie. I printed this image out 3 times, twice small and once larger and colored him with Copics. I then cut using SB, then added some Diamond Glaze on the champagne goblet.

My punch is MS. I punched it twice and overlay-ed them.

My Sentiment is Hot off the Press and punched with SU punches.

The pearls were made with my Viva Decor pearl pen.

Flakes

Flakes- It is time for another challenge at Creative Card Crew. This time we are looking for snow and ice. Really fun for this time of year. One of my Aussie friends was very clever to make it fit the fact that it is summer, down under. She has ice cream on her card! I really chuckled when I seen it.

My disigner papers are GCD Ella Blue. I stroked this pad of paper every time I went into Hobby Lobby for over a year before I broke down and bought it. I really enjoy using it.

My image is one of our sponsors image. We are sponsored by Stamp Fairy and my image is George 1. I colored George with Copics. I added some chunky glitter to the snowflakes and ice patch. The image was cut with SB.

My iron end caps are also SB.

I tied the ribbon with my Bow Easy and added a snow flake to the top.

I used SU die and matching embossing folder to make the shaped cut on the dotted paper and sparkly card stock.

Spooky Cute

 

Spooky Cute - I have made a tee pee card for Creative Card Crew's fancy folds challenge. It is the first time that I have made one and it was easier than I thought it would be and it is a very card to see.

 

This is the card opened. The construction is very easy.

My image is Stamp Fairies (our sponsor) Mimi Halloween. Isn't she adorable?

Mimi is colored with Copics and I added some Stickles to her pitchfork, tail, horns and hair ties. After cutting out the image I inked with worn lipstick distress inks.

My sentiment is SU four frames stamp and I hand drew the works. I then used the SU matching punch.

My DP is Making Memories Note Worthy. I added 3 pink gemstones to the right side of

each of the "legs." Did you notice the pink tulle behind the image?

On this side of the tee pee, I added flowers that were cut with a SB flower. They were cut, shaped and then given a center that was pulled off a stem. My then 2 year old grandson helped me pull them off the stem. He thought that was the greatest thing in the world to get to tear up the flower stem. LOL

There is a MD swirl in there amongst the flowers. I added a pink ribbon and eyelets to make the tie to hold the card together.

On this side I used a MF tissue paper ruffle and a CL die with more pink gemstones.

I made a stickpin to add to the ruffle.

Fairy Teddy

 Fairy Teddy - It is time for another challenge at Craft Your Days Away and this time we are challenging everyone to show us your Teddy Bears. No real bears, only Teddy Bears.

My DP is Noteworthy Audrey by Making Memories. Everthing was inked with Ranger's Tattered Rose.

I used my new MS Lace Flowers punch for the corner. The pearl was made using Viva Decor's pearl pen in cream.

My bow was tied using a Bow Easy. I also used a stick pin on this card. I get a lot of my stick pin supplies from Judy at Pizzazz Aplenty. She has the most gorgeous supplies and the best prices that I have found.

Here is a close up of my image. I used Linda Fairy 4. She is so sweet. I love the cute little bow on her head. Linda is colored with Copic's and I used yellow Stickles on her wand and Stardust Stickles on her bow and wings. My sentiment is from Hot Off the Press.

 The fringed crepe paper is Melissa Frances, it was one of my buys from the Scrapbooking convention that I recently attended. Here you can see more of the Lace Flowers MS punch. I again used a Viva Decor pearl pen in Salmon, this time.
