Willow-Willow is the newest in Michelle Perkett's line of fairies. While Willow is an autumn fairy, I think she is lovely in pale blue. You can get Willow at Michelle's Etsy shop. I have a link on the left sidebar.I used MS gemstones, twinkling H2O on her wings, a floral pearl spray, ribbon is from Michael's and lace is from Petal Pixie. I also used lace stickles, and blue liquid pearls.
