Cookie Drop

Cookie Drop - Today's challenge at Sew Many Challenges is cookies. The song that Cookie Monster on Sesame street keeps going through my head - Cookie, cookie, cookie starts with C.

You know you are a military family when the only thing you can think of to go with that challenge is Sesame street and a military treat drop. Some you may recall that early on in our war in the middle east we droped treats for the children and also we dropped food in Berlin when that town was cut off from other ways to get food during WW2.





My image is Miki Flying in Helicoper. I colored him with Copics. I cut the muffins and cookies with my Cricut. I believe the cartridge was Everyday Paper Dolls. I inked the sweet treats with Ranger's Vintage Photo.

My DP is Pressed Petal's Little Safari. My "flower" was cut using Tim Holtz and Sizzix Rosette.




My second card uses today's Friday Freebie. Don't you just love the shape of this tree? You can get this image today and today only http://www.digital.sewmanycards.com/.

My DP is Pressed Petals Haceida. The flowers are Recollections. Ribbon is Adornaments by EK Success.
